VINEYARD: The grapes used to produce this wine are grown with the pergola system. The soil is of morainic type located in the southern bend of Lake Garda.
HARVEST: By hand, starting from the second half of September.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing. The must is cold clarified by static decantation and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with the addition of selected yeasts.
MATURATION: The wine is kept on its lees for about 6 months.
TASTING NOTES: Linear aroma of white flowers and yellow pulp fruits with a rich and harmonious aftertaste. It is a wine that goes well with lake fish dishes and cheeses.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect as an aperitif, with fish appetizers, even delicately smoked, and seafood dishes.
HOW TO SERVE IT: Serving temperature 10-14 ° C.
