CULTIVAR: The olives from which this oil is produced are cultivated on typically morenic soil situated at the south bend of Lake Garda. The cultivar: casaliva, pendolino and leccino.

SENSORY ANALYSIS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "GARDA ORIENTALE" DOP: The Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP is distinguished by its elegance and delicate flavour. On tasting it is recognisable for the harmony of its notes and its gentle and balanced aromas: scents of fresh cut grass, aromatic herbs, hay and artichoke, together with the typical almond aftertaste.
STORING: Store in a cool, dry environment, away from direct light. Avoid extremes of temperature.
