Just beyond the walls of Lazise, we cultivate our garden following the principles of regenerative and sustainable farming, drawing on the age-old wisdom of tenant farmers. We plant fruit trees, grow aromatic herbs and edible flowers—found in the dishes of Osteriia, in the scents that fill the air, and in the thoughtful touches within our rooms. Everything follows the slow rhythm of nature, just as it once did.
